PORTO CATEDRAL HEiGHTS

The city of Porto is built on steep hillsides that descend from breathtaking heights down to the River Douro.  On one of the highest points sits the Catedral, dominating the skyline.  This is painted on 140# Rough BAOHONG watercolor paper.
