What immediately captured my senses upon surveying Round-Up Ranch was the towering height of the surrounding trees, the largeness of the sky and how humble one feels dwarfed by the majesty of nature around us. While the cabins and lodge are all beautiful works of architecture, they seemingly disappear as they nestle into the grandeur of the surroundings. The Ranch truly integrates into the landscape. From one of the cabins, looking down towards Valerie Lodge, you can see the Mosquito Range off in the distance.
